Therefore we welcome preliminary inquiries by e-mail and telephone, to ensure all relevant information is passed on prior to sale. We will include certificates of authenticity and other repports such as, Thermoluminescence, microscopy analyses etc.

Every sold object will be shipped with a custom museum base and proffesionaly packed or crated.

If items are sold on the basis of a photo, without the buyer phisically having examinated them, we offer a full refund when the item proves not as described by us, on the condition of us receiving them in the state as when shipped. In this case the buyer only pays for packing, shipping and eventual declaration / broker / insurance costs. The buyer needs to inform us of his or her intent to return the purchased items within one week after receiving the goods. After this period we automaticlly assume the buyer accepts the purchase.
